Wow Rusty! I can't believe I never saw this before! This is a great list! I have 2 things to add to it though. #1 - Rewards, Rewards, Rewards!!! Especially in the beginning! They are sooooooo important! Making a list of rewards is also a good exercise when you're craving to keep your mind off of smoking and keep your hands busy! #2 - Find a quit buddy or two. They will save your quit more than once, I guarantee it!
