Hi Terri And that is the way it happens. Each time you stand up to the crave, it becomes weaker and you become stronger. The triggers often come out of nowhere. You should try to Identify and list them. Then either stay away from the situation that caused the trigger or change how you behave, distract for example. You have done very well, I like what I see and I am proud of your accomplishments. Call upon me when you as you desire.
