oh! and if you three feel like it, Mr Ed's stats train is a good thing to be on...he keeps track of everybody's stats and posts the milestones daily. Also, it's kind of helpful to have a support group within a support group...many of us have them acording to what month we quit. -aloha My Milage: My Quit Date: 3/22/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 86 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 3,440 Amount Saved: $584.80 Life Gained: Days: 12 Hrs: 2 Mins: 9 Seconds: 3

Yay - a whole week! I'll be there soon too, and have had similar experience. My cravings are farther in between, and it's much better after the 3-4 day mark. The people on this site are amazing. Including you:) mamakitty My Milage: My Quit Date: 6/11/2007 Smoke-Free Days: 5 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 75 Amount Saved: $17.50 Life Gained: Days: 0 Hrs: 13 Mins: 58 Seconds: 14

Great Job! I'm right behind you... I must say after day 3-4 it lightens up a lot. It's almost as if you can go 30 minutes to an hour - even when not doing anything - without thinking of a ciggarette. that's amazing because the first 48hours are spent thinking about smoking. All you need is 3 days and it gets easier and easier.
