Interesting topic of conversation hugs4u. Some people may or may not feel any different at certain times throughout the month. But it may be interesting to share experiences on such.

Presuming I am a man in more than just build. I'm not a jock.
What bothers me is money. (no gender) Health. (no gender) Ability. (no gender)
Appearance. (no gender) Hormones, probably (different gender is all) Attitude. ( I do not know if gender makes a difference with this one)

But I feel this is not the question. If you are looking for a hormonal or gender excuse for increased anxiety at certain times of the month this defeats the purpose of acceptance and perception and attitude. And probably belief too.

You can not get better if you keep finding reasons not to. Some things in life just have to be accepted as is.

I just wonder if there are men out there who feel monthly cycles of worsening or improvements?

For some reason, I only feel well today, and that hardly ever happens, let alone monthly.  I think I feel worse, if I were to guess, towards the end of the month, probably because of deadlines corresponding with the end of the month.
