Irrational Thoughts

Hi chardthefish, As you go the program, simply follow the program steps and be as honest as you can as you complete the program. The program will help you to address various issues that can cause anxiety and panic. Be sure to read through the information at the beginning of each session as you will find that this will help to guide your thoughts as you proceed. There are several tools used in the program which can also help to increase your understanding of your panic to help you to overcome some of your fears. I think you will see that your specific concerns as mentioned in your post are addressed on a more personal note as you proceed through the program. If you have any further questions or concerns as you proceed through the program please contact us via the feedback link. We wish you all the best, Casey ______________________________________ The Panic Center Support Team

I am just starting THE PANIC PROGRAM. I suffer with panic disorder, low self confidence and lots of irrational thoughts. Such as being lost, death, driving and being attacked by gangs (I was bullied at school)Should my approach be to tackle each 'topic' of irrational thought and work through the list, or will I develop more as a result of the fear? chardthefish
