I'm just curious, I was having some really bad craves in the evenings sitting idle in front of the tv, and yes I'm a professional couch potato. I kept pushing through the craves in the evenings as I would enjoy my favorite tv shows. Then I got to thinking about it, and realized this was a huge trigger for me. So, sitting and actually taking some time to think about the craves, why they were coming, when they were coming, has seemed to lessen the effect the crave has on me because I know its coming. I don't know if everyone has heard the expression, "stealing someones thunder", but this is kind of the strategy I'm employing. I'm stealing the nicodemons thunder, and I like it, it makes things much more bearable.
