Tojo, You're doing awesome! We have good days and bad days... but even when we smoked, we STILL had those bad days. Just hang in there and the good days will come back. Congratulations on 2 months!!! Crave the Quit! Hi, Tojo. Pam's right. It does get better. Sooner for some, later for others, but in time for everyone. Just have patience and go on faith when necessary. 59 days is a fantastic accomplishment. Don't forget to reward yourself. You've reached the time when we tend to start forgetting to do that, but it's still as important as it was during the first couple of weeks. Keep up the good quit, Tojo. :) Shevie My Milage: My Quit Date: 5/23/2005 Smoke-Free Days: 308 Cigarettes Not Smoked: 6,168 Amount Saved: $1170.4 Life Gained: Days: 57 Hrs: 12 Mins: 0 Seconds: 28

Today is 59. This weekend was really bad, depression kicked in and everytime I went out I saw smokers. I really missed them this weekend. But I wouldn't give in. I remembered what a exsmoker told me, he went through really bad days but then he started having good days and that has been 23 years ago. I wish there was a magic potion but there isn't. Just hard work and determination. I am still hanging in there.
