Hi All, if you feel you are going to slip go to this site, whyquit.com it's very good, i don't get a lot of cravings now only on the odd occasion, like earlier i had a craving, it was strange really i felt i wanted to smoke and was thinking "whats the point"!but i didn't really want to do it!! it's 3 months today since i quit,so i don't want to spoil it,i know i will get over it, what i do is go to the site,it really brings it home to you why you should quit. it also helps to talk to someone, this site is great and i always come on here. chris. i used NRT and found it helped me a lot, i've finished the course now, i did see on the whyquit site that they don't approve of them, but i take no notice of that,i just know that they helped me!! glo, Congratulations on 3 months!!!!!! Right around the 100 day mark is usually pretty tough for most people. Not sure exactly what that is... there are many theories, but it seems to be across the board, a tough mark. You give very good advice on going to whyquit... but sometimes, their methods are a bit extreme and they also don't support the use of NRTs, which many people here have used to quit successfully. But there are many good visuals there at whyquit that will definitely make you not want to start smoking again! Crave the Quit!
