Well, you have company. I have taken to carrying around pen and paper at all times. If I don't immediately write it down, it is gone out of my head in seconds. I am having difficulty with concentrating and motivation is up and down. It is wearing on my confidence somewhat, but I refuse to allow this to be a reason for giving up on myself.
It will get better and it is all for good. The physical affects of smoking last longer than just a few weeks. Everyone is different.
So, you are not alone. If my head wasn't screwed on, I'd forget that too. I am desperately looking for my surgar bowl....it's here someplace.
