Hi Lucy, I hope this doesn't sound too harsh, but...you only have to quit once. And it is totally up to you. Yes, it's hard with smokers around. Believe me, I know. My husband smokes. Both my sons, my boss, my coworkers.....all smokers.
And perhaps it's easy for me to say, but all you have to do is want it bad enough. You have to hang onto your quit with all your might. You can't blame the loss of your quit on others. They didn't put the cigarette in your mouth and light it. You did that.
You can quit. If you want to bad enough, you will, regardless of the circumstances around you. I know you can do it.
