I take both. The Xanax gets into my system quicker. The Clonazepam stays in my system longer. I take 1 Clonazepam every night one hour before going to bed. I take the Xanax as needed.

I am currently using clonazepam in addition to anti-depressants, but they are not blocking my panic attacks. I was wonder whether anyone had comments on the efficicacy of Xanax vs. Clonazapam (Rivotril)
