I ran across some really interesting reading lately and found out that a diet high in leafy greens really helps improve depression (as does excercise). So it may be worth the try to up your salad and broccoli intake! You are doing so great! Keep a plan in place for sudden stress (in case of emergency) and you will be fine! Keep the quit!
