You and I started on the same day and we share this anniversary together. Although this is my first post as a member I have followed along with you every step of the way. You were very active in the forums while I chose to read along and gather support from the back of the room.

This website and active members such as yourself gave me the strength and provided the perseverance to make it through!

As far as the weight loss goes, I have found that if you want it to go away you will do what it takes, just like quitting. When you are ready, your will power and dedication will kick in and you will reach your goals!

Popping in to let everyone know I'm FREE from that nasty addiction and keeping the quit!!!! Life is so much better and easier and I love the fresh air and Freedom of being a non-smoker!!! Now if my weight would just stabilize and start coming down I'd be Really Happy. Patience, Patience, Patience :)
