Hi Lainey,
Congratulations on your 8 year anniversary.  It's good to hear that you are enjoying life.
Keep enjoying your smoke free freedom, and I hope you have many more years of freedom from that nasty addiction.

Hi everyone. Eight years ago, I quit smoking, with the wonderful help of this website and a great bunch of quitters! A group of us joined together, whom had all quit in the month of March. We had a lot of fun, a few tears, and we all quit one way or another. Some of us didn't make it but lots did, and we all know how hard it is to do. I seldom get here anymore, (where does the time go?) I am still working , busier than ever, it seems, and yes I am still smoke free! My actual quitversary was yesterday, funny how you never forget that day! So congratulations to all 07 Marchmellows, wherever you are! To newbies, prepare as best you can, pump yourself up with positivity, take vitamin B complex and Magnesium, and meditate if you can, they will all help you deal with the anxiety of quitting. Find a quit Buddy and get rid if that horrible addiction forever. Freedom awaits you!
