Hugs, I am glad that you posted this and Samantha, thanks for the reminder about the Relationships session - I have wanted to read it - and something always seems to come up.
I have a sister who makes me dizzy on a regular basis.  It is a relationship that needs a lot of work.  We have extreme challenges getting along and yet we work for the same company and we live on the same street.  She loves my children and my mom and dad.  This is the common ground we share and the reason we have to work out our differences.

Hello hugs4u,

Oh yes family conflicts, something that seems to be a consistent thing in life. Can also pose a problem for dealing with panic and anxiety. There are some helpful sessions in the program that deal with relationships and conflict. Hopefully you will be able to benefit from them.
