It's not going away - need to take a walk.  Really frustrated and trying to talk myself out of doing what I want to do.  I want to smoke!  No, I don't...see what I mean?  AAARRRRRHHHH  I'm driving myself crazy!!!

Stay strong, with time the craving will pass. In the meantime,you can use self talk. 
A craving may be accompanied by negative thoughts about your ability to resist it. Use positive self talk statements to combat your negative thoughts.

I am having a really strong craving right now - been fighting it for about 30 minutes or so now.  Can't possibly drink any more water and my breathing is about to cause me to hyperventilate.  UGH - Wish I could put my head down on my desk and go to sleep!!!
