Welcome, Wynterhawk. You'll find you're not alone with this. Please take the time to read posts in the various forums and to sign up for our free tools. Are you currently seeing a therapist? Our Panic Program is a CBT program to help you improve, one step at a time. The Panic Diary is for recording your panic attacks. You can also print those out and take them to your doctor. We'll help you as much as we can.

Hi, I have just joined and have had panic disorder since I was a child. Since 1995 I have become increasingly agoraphobic and am now pretty much housebound and struggling with this illness. I am 51 and feel like time is running out for me to ever get better. :(
